Resolutions for Reterritorialization and The Redwood Society will enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any type of behavior/actions that could be interpreted as lewd, obscene, violating hotel policy, and violating the privacy of fellow guests, contributors, staff, and organizers.
To maintain the event’s exclusivity and anonymity, photography will not be permitted, and the use of cell phones will be discouraged.
Participants engaging in any objectionable action may have their event participation terminated, and their event ticket(s) void.

When is the event taking place?

Where is the event being held?
Disclosure of the event’s address will be emailed to guests 2 weeks before the event date.
The closest airport to fly into is the “Sacramento International Airport (SMF)”.
What is included in the ticket price?
Throughout the night servers will be making the rounds with trays of food and drink as guests mingle with the artists, writers, publishers, and influential figures in this space.
For guests who stay at the hotel for the night of the 4th, a breakfast on the morning of the 5th is included with your ticket.
What will the space look like?
The event will feature a speaker's hall and the main room will host an art gallery.
Our guests are invited to explore the various rooms of the hotel that will be set up to display the creative works of our contributors.
Is there a dress code for the event?
Yes, this event requires formal attire.
